The end of WW1 heralded a new era, one of optimism, of changing social customs and changing morals. Women, increasingly part of the workforce and now with the vote, threw out their corsets and embraced less restrictive, more attractive fashions. Those garments remain delightful, even today. Here is a selection of some of the headwear from that period.
